When building a home we all deserve a final product that is of good quality and lack any defects. when you employ workers who are so careless or don't follow up proper protocol you will end up with a finished product that lacks the quality you anticipated
Failure of any building structure is caused by workmanship negligence and lack of proper effort put into quality control process.
The following are some of the causes that may lead to poor workmanship in a construction site
1.LACK OF PROPER SUPERVISION OF THE WORK -hiring a contractor /foreman can really save you from having a poor workmanship in your site, He is the one who ensures that everything falls into place. He also ensures the project is finished on time and there are no wastage of resources and he secures the project quality.
If your construction lacks proper supervision be assured there will be a lot of defects on your project, which will be mainly caused by poor workmanship.
2.POOR PAY - poor pay is the leading cause of poor workmanship in any construction site, the management of any construction site is responsible to ensure its workers are paid properly and on time.
